Refund policy

Vapes

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used vape devices cannot be returned or exchanged. If your vape is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/delivery. Eligible returns must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Disposable vapes, pods, coils, and clearance items are non-returnable.

Flavours / E-Liquids

Due to health and safety regulations, all flavours and e-liquids are strictly non-returnable once opened. Unopened bottles in sealed condition may qualify for exchange or return only if the incorrect item was supplied or the product is damaged. Claims must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Shishas

Shishas and related accessories may be returned within 7 days if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. If your item arrives broken or faulty, please notify us within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can assist with a replacement or refund where applicable.

Weed Accessories

Unused weed accessories may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused after purchase/delivery will not qualify for refunds or exchanges. Consumable items and clearance products are non-returnable. Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Shisha Accessories

Shisha accessories, including coals, foil, hoses, mouthpieces, and similar items, may be returned within 7 days only if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Opened and used products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of purchase/delivery.

General Returns

Other items not related to hygiene may be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection and approval once the item has been returned.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed after inspection of the returned item. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our side. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our policy requirements.
