1. Delivery Areas

We currently ship exclusively within South Africa. Orders placed outside of South Africa will not be processed or shipped.

2. Same-Day Delivery – Johannesburg

Same-day delivery is available within Johannesburg depending on your location and the time your order is placed. Orders placed later in the day may be delivered the following business day.

3. Nationwide Shipping

Orders outside Johannesburg will be shipped using our standard courier services. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination area, courier schedules, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully confirmed. Processing times may vary during weekends, holidays, promotions, or high-demand periods.

5. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including contact details and delivery addresses. Shishaholics will not be held liable for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

6. Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Shishaholics cannot guarantee exact delivery times and will not be held responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, load shedding, strikes, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

7. Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are encouraged to inspect all orders upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order together with supporting photos and proof of purchase.

8. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the delivery location and order size where applicable. Any delivery promotions or free shipping offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

9. Restricted Products
